CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Order once shipped cannot be cancelled and for cancellation of any order the same has to be duly cancelled before shipping of the order, and once the order is shipped under no circumstances the same will be cancelled or returned or refunded, it is the sole responsibility of the customer/purchaser to duly check and order the products and accordingly duly cancel the same before shipment.

In such cases, where the order has been duly cancelled before shipment the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you. For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48 - 72 business hours. It may take 2-3 additional business (working) days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Currently, we do not accept returns once the order has been shipped to you.

If the product received by you is completely damaged then the matter may be discussed with our team and a request for refund or replacement might be placed.
